Our Story
Founded with a singular mission — to eliminate flanged joint leaks in critical service — AlphaOne Formula has grown from a field bolting crew to a full-spectrum bolting engineering consultancy.
Our team recognized early that controlled bolting alone wasn't enough. The industry needed better tools for bolt load calculation, sequence planning, and material verification at operating temperatures.
That insight led to the development of AlphaTorque — our proprietary AI-powered calculation platform that brings ASME PCC-1, B31.3, and WRC 538 calculations to field engineers' fingertips, complete with real-time yield stress verification against ASME Section II, Part D.
